FAQ

How will I find my way around?
We’ll have several large maps available for you at the ticket booth, entry gate + the main entrance to help you find your way around the market, as well as ample signage indicating where to go. You can also view this map on our website in the days before the event.

We no longer give out individual physical event maps. Bit by bit, we’re doing our part to reduce the waste we produce in putting on the Magic of Christmas events to ensure our events have the least effect on the planet as possible.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

 Yes! And pushchair friendly. There is a lift in the foyer and ramps up into the ground floor for easy access.

What happens if it rains?

We run rain or shine! Pop a brolly in the car, brush up your gummies and head on out for a fun day, regardless of the rain. ​

Where do I park?
Head right on into the Racecourse where you’ll find members of the Rotary Club of Milson ready to show you where to park. Parking is free, but you’re more than welcome to make a small donation to the Rotary if you wish. We have disabled parking up by the entrance - let one of the staff know if you require this.

Can I use my EFTPOS card?

You sure can! Some stalls may not have EFTPOS abilities, but there is a cash out stall down by the info desk if you require this.  

Can I bring my dog?
I wish we could say yes! But unfortunately, there are no dogs allowed, except for service dogs.

Is there somewhere to sit and eat?

Yes there is! And it’s better than ever this year. Named our “Outdoor Feasting Hall”, there’s plenty of gorgeous seating for you to enjoy your dinner, courtesy of George & Co.
