Magic of Christmas Night Market 2025

Magic of Christmas Night Market is a carefully curated event, with limited stall spaces available. The market will run on the 2nd & 3rd December 2025 from 3pm - 10pm.

Successful waitlist applicants will be required to sign a vendor agreement and make payment in advance - details of which will be provided with notification of inclusion. You will be notified by email only if a site becomes available.

  • Indoor Small (1.8m deep x 1.2m wide) $195.00

  • Indoor Standard (1.8m deep x 2.4m wide) $275.00

  • Indoor Large (1.8m deep x 4.8m wide) $410.00

  • Outdoor Uncovered (3m x 3m) $250.00

  • Food Trucks (Outdoor - 3m x 3m) $250.00

NB: Prices INCL GST and covers both event days. Applications for stall holders must be received by dates detailed above. 

TERMS:

You will be notified by email only if a site becomes available.

Sites cannot be shared or sublet without the organisers knowledge and approval.

Trestle tables & power WILL NOT be provided with stall sites unless requested & hired in advance.

Stallholders subject to food &/or liquor Licensing are responsible for providing and displaying relevant permits.
