The Magic of Christmas Night Market is a carefully curated event, with limited stall spaces available.
Applications for stall holders must be received by Wednesday 21 June, 2017. Successful stall holders will be notified by phone/email. Stall-holder selection will be at the organisers discretion.
Successful applicants will be required to sign a vendor agreement and make payment in advance - details of which will be provided with notification of inclusion. Applicants who have not secured a site will be placed on a waitlist.

Tuesday 5th & Wednesday 6th December 2017 - Stall Options:
Indoor Small Site (1.8m deep x 1.2m wide) $110.00
Indoor Standard Site (1.8m deep x 2.4m wide) $195.00
Indoor Large Site (1.8m deep x 4.8m wide) $350.00
Outside UNCOVERED Site (3m deep x 3m wide) $165.00
Ready to Eat Food Sites (Outside 3m x 3m) $145.00
Cost is for a single stall site on both market days and includes GST. There is no single day option for 2017. Sites cannot be shared or sublet without the organisers knowledge and approval.
Trestle tables & power WILL NOT be provided with stall sites unless requested & hired.
Stallholders subject to Food &/or Liquor Licensing are responsible for providing and displaying relevant permits.
